Keywest Guarantee
Please read the following information regarding Guarantees and NON Guarantees, for the keywest product ranges.
The Keywest box set and EZY Range products all come with a 10 year parts working Guarantee, our bronze range and products which are protected with a high quality lacquer will in normal circumstances allow a long lasting finish for many years to come.
However when cleaning this product only use soapy water with a soft cloth and dry accordingly.
Do not use metal polish or aerosal products on keywest products.
Please note it is possible for lacquer to break down over a period of time. Therefore it is out of the manufactures control and CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Delivery
All stock products will be despatched in approximately 2-5 working days, if you require products in a certain time frame, please call us on 028 8224 2128 or email info@keywesthandles.com and we will give you a more accurate delivery time.
Please note that all delivery times quoted are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control . However we will always endeavour to deliver within the time quoted.
Terms & Conditions
General
In these conditions 'company' means KeywestQuality Door Furniture the website is the Keywest Quality Door Furniture by accessing, browsing, using, or registering with the website, you confirm you have read , understood and agree these terms and conditions.'Customer' means the individual, firm, company or other party with whom the company contracts with. 'Goods' mean the goods, articles, products, and materials, which are to be supplied by the company to the customer.
Prices
Where the bespoke or verbal price have been quoted by the company for specific order quantities the company reserves the right to vary the price for the goods should the customer require require different quantities if the customer does not agree to pay the revised charges then the contract can be cancelled within 7 days.
Retention Of Title
The goods sold under these terms and conditions shall remain the absolute property of the company and legal title in the goods shall remain vested in the company until payment IN FULL of all amounts invoiced are due to the company in respect of goods have been received.
Product Descriptions and Returns
The company has taken reasonable care to accurately and fairly describe as accurately as possible, colours and finishes of our goods are photographed as clearly as possible. Goods on the website are all subject to availability and customers will be informed within a reasonable timescale if the product is not available. Customers would have to contact the company regarding returns within 5 working days from receiving goods . All goods returned must in the proper packageing unless agreed with the company the customer will be responseable for the full cost of returns. A 15% handeling charge will also be incurred.
